GUCHI Architects is an interior design and architecture office that carries out interior and exterior architectural design and application projects, as well as Turkey’s first premier traditional and virtual house staging company.

Over 20 years of interior and exterior design and implementation experience, we tell the story of every house in a stylish and modern language and bring that story to life. We write a story for an empty house before the sale and then turn that story into reality by converting them into finished, fashionable and trendy houses either by real or virtual staging depending on client’s choice. In this way, we encourage potential buyers to bid quickly and high.

The founders of GUCHI Architects consist of a team that has been invited in different TV channels, has received many awards and had interviews in various local and foreign magazines and newspapers.

In addition to interior and exterior architectural design projects, we make a difference in home staging projects with our experienced design team who flawlessly design and stage millions of dollar houses either virtual or traditional thanks to our extensive inventory of furniture, rugs, art, lighting, flowers and accessories in our warehouses.

Architect, Interior Designer

Gizem, after receiving her education in architecture and interior design, had the opportunity to work in the leading architectural firms and gain considerable experience in professional business life, which has a great impact on her career today.
Gizem, who made a name for herself in the local and foreign press with the design and art gallery she founded and she is one of the rare architects who succeeded in reflecting a form of art in all her projects.

As an indomitable follower of all domestic and foreign exhibitions and fairs, having a very broad vision in every branch of art is one of the most important factors behind making a difference with her designs.

Gizem, who was the first to implement many innovations in the sector with her entrepreneurial personality as a successful businesswoman, is now continuing her career as the founding partner of Guchi Architects.

Architect

İzzet continued his career as a contractor by establishing his own construction company after gaining experience in the construction industry abroad for many years. With the group of companies that he is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, he completed turnkey (Design & Built / Turnkey) constructions, of numerous multi-million-dollar projects with branch offices in Russia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Algeria. He has become one of the leaders in the sector by accomplishing the construction projects of more than 2 million square meters in total on time and within its budget, thanks to his staff specialized in the design, construction and implementation of projects in different concepts such as luxury residences, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings, factories and warehouses. İzzet, who has made a good reputation of himself in the domestic and foreign press by the awards received and the projects completed. He is currently continuing his career as the founding partner of Guchi Architects.
